. Your notification is accepted even if outside business hours or during our off days - leave a voice message, text, or email.
. No show fee applies when patient does not show up for an appointment and does not give us a prior notice.
. No show fee equals 75% of the full price of the scheduled service.
. Payment for all services is due at the time of visit.
. No refund for acupuncture or any other services rendered.
. Accepted payment methods are cash, checks, credit and debit cards, HSA/HRA/FSA cards.
. Currently we do not handle insurance.
. If your insurance covers acupuncture, check with your provider about getting reimbursement for your treatments.
. Filing for reimbursement must be done by you. A superbill for your treatments can be provided to you upon request.
. No refund for rendered services.
. Unopened herbal products can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and in sellable condition.
. No returns or exchanges for special order products or any rare herbs that we cannot resell.
. Alcohol and drug consumption can interfere with acupuncture treatment.
. We will deny service to anyone under the heavy influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of visit to our clinic.
