. To cancel or reschedule appointments, we request at least 24 hours advance notice.
. Cancellation notice is accepted outside business hours or during our off days - you may leave a voice message, text, or email.
. If patient cancels within two hours prior to the appointment time or at any time after, patient will be charged a late cancellation fee.
. If patient does not show up and does not notify us at least two hours before the appointment, patient will be charged a no show fee.
. Late cancel & no show fee equals the full price of the scheduled service. Fee must be paid before rescheduling another appointment.
. Payment for all products and services is due at the time of visit.
. All charges and fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
. No refund for acupuncture or any other rendered services regardless of the reason.
. Accepted payment methods are cash, checks, credit and debit cards, HSA/HRA/FSA cards.
. Currently we do not handle insurance.
. If your insurance covers acupuncture, check with your provider about getting reimbursement for your treatments.
. Filing for reimbursement must be done by you. A superbill for your treatments can be provided to you upon request.
. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service.
. Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
. Gift certificates are redeemable for services or products only.
. Gift certificates have no expiration date.
. No refund for rendered services regardless of the reason.
. Unopened products and in resellable condition may be returned within 30 days from the purchase date -- a restocking/return service
fee may apply at our discretion.
. No returns or exchanges for special order products or any rare herbs that we cannot resell.
. Alcohol and drug consumption can interfere with acupuncture treatment.
. We will deny service to anyone under the heavy influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of appointment at our clinic.
